Stress is probably the root cause of most problems that people come to see me with.
Anxiety and stress are symptoms of deeper, unresolved issues and often result in physical symptoms too including headaches, chronic pain and intestinal conditions such as IBS.
Sometimes it's clear what the cause but at other times the cause is buried in the past and is wrapped up in so many layers that all the person knows is that they don't feel right. In all cases I like to identify the root cause quickly so we can focus on how you would like to feel and move on into the future leaving the negative stuff behind.

Why come to Positive Change Now?
If you are reading this you probably know that you don't feel how you would like to and you want to get away from some negative emotions, thoughts or habits. Have you thought about how you would like to feel instead? This is where I come in.
Using every day, normal language, I will work with you to identify and understand and believe in your emotional, physical and psychological goals. Ultimately these goals should allow you to accept and find peace with the past, to have hope for the future and find happiness in the present.

I'm keen that you make progress as quickly as possible and ensure we are working towards clear and positive goals; in fact if I feel you aren't making the progress or change that I would expect we will challenge the reasons for that.
